When will this mini-retreat be? On Friday, December 9, 2011, 8:30am – 4:00pm.
Where will this event take place? The Heart Painter Studio, Boca Raton, Florida and surrounding Royal Palm Place grounds.
What will we do? This mini-retreat is structured to guide you toward releasing, recharging and renewing.
The day will begin with an Opening Ceremony followed by a Wisdom Walk, a walking meditation. Returning to the studio, we begin with Introductions & Intentions, followed by Releasing through Writing Reflection. Next, we will engage our playful spirit and Awaken Your Intuition through Process Art & Painting (no art experience required!). Lunchtime will be relaxed and easy around the plaza gardens – more quiet opportunity to reflect and connect. Then the afternoon begins with Creating Mandalas — Finding Your Sacred Center (again, no art experience required – some may use the Mandala forms). And we’ll close with more Writing Reflection and Ushering in the New Year with Powerful Intentions of Joy and Peace.
