I’m drinking red tea almost everyday. Now I’m confused with the kinds of tea available.lol I better check for a green tea version of the brand I have right now. 🙂 I have a sweet tooth and I have to choose dark chocolates from now on. This is such a wonderful and healthy post Nanette.
